  • Franchisee is the Owner of the store, thereafter Brand operates the store.
  • Alloperating costs like rent, salaries are borne by the Brand moving on.

  • Franchisee gets 10% of net sales, with zero risk, with a minimum assured return of 18% of capital invested.

INVEST IN A STORE

  • Investor Invests Rs. 10 lacto open a store, via a Musharikaagreement between investor and company.
  • Investor gets 18% Return on Investment via25% store profit sharing. Profits paid out bi-weekly to investor.
  • This is a secure investment with a 12 month lock-in.
  • Post 12 months, the investor can choose to withdraw his investment in full or part, in 4 equal monthly tranches.
