Franchisee is the Owner of the store, thereafter Brand operates the store.
Alloperating costs like rent, salaries are borne by the Brand moving on.

Franchisee gets 10% of net sales, with zero risk, with a minimum assured return of 18% of capital invested.
Franchisee provides consulting support to the brand such as hiring, city compliance, local best practices etc.

INVEST IN A STORE
Investor Invests Rs. 10 lacto open a store, via a Musharikaagreement between investor and company.
Investor gets 18% Return on Investment via25% store profit sharing. Profits paid out bi-weekly to investor.
This is a secure investment with a 12 month lock-in.
Post 12 months, the investor can choose to withdraw his investment in full or part, in 4 equal monthly tranches.
The ownership of the store including fixtures, interiors, inventory belong to the investor, serving as security for the investment.
