RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Scenario 1 Abayas, Kaftans (56" length and no customization)

1. Return / Exchange allowed within 7 days.
2. Refund Payment: Only via Store Credit

3. Exchange: Cost of Exchange /Return both sides to be borne by the customer.
Only exception is when a defective or wrong item is sent. Customer to share pics of defective/ different product.  

4. No exchange or return for Hijab caps

1. Return / Exchange allowed within 7 days.
2.Refund payment: Customer to get a bank refund.
Bank refund would be processed online within 10 working days.

3. Exchange For Abayas and Kaftans: Cost of Exchange both sides to be borne by Modest Forever for 1st exchange. Subsequent exchanges to be done by customer for both sides.

4. For Hijabs:Cost of Exchange /Return both sides to be borne by the customer.

Scenario 2 Modest Wear, Hijabs & Hijab Caps
Scenario 3 Abayas and Kaftans (with custom length or size)

1. Return / Exchange allowed within 7 days.


2. Refund Payment: Only via Store Credit.

3. Exchange: Cost of Exchange/Return both sides to be borne by the customer.

Scenario 4 Items under Discount Scheme / Promotion more than 30% discount on MRP.

 

RETURN / EXCHANGE PROCESS: 

Option 1: Schedule a Return Pickup:

  • You may whatsapp us at 9821923371 | Email us at support@modestforever.com |Leave us a message in our website chat box.
  • We will get it touch with you with 1 working day, confirm your request, and organise return pickup courier.
  • Our courier partner will pickup the item from your address, you will be requested to keep it ready. Cost of pickup is borne by us.
  • Once the item reaches back, we check its in good condition, and we issue your refund via card/bank transfer or store credit - as per return policy
  • We will organize return pickup once for the customer. Subsequent returns to be done by the customer at own cost. If customer requests for a reverse pickup, there is a charge of Rs. 150 for the same. We will send the online payment link. Upon payment, subsequent reverse pickups can happen.

Option 2: Customer couriers back the item:

  • Address for the return courier:Modest Forever | 565, Lane no. 2 Zakir Nagar, New Delhi 110025. Phone: 9891166987. Please use normal courier / not expedited courier.
  • Once courier is sent, please drop us an email / msg with the tracking number and carrier name.
  • How long will it take: It will take around 1 week for us to receive your item. We will typically issue refund within 48 hours of receiving.

    Additional Guidelines:

    • Basic Information About Store Credit / Reward Points:
      • Reward points / Store Credit are just like cash. You can use them any time.
      • 1 Reward Point = Rs. 1
      • You can make part payments / full payments using them any time.
      • Reward points do not expire.
